Why Have a Photo Booth at Your Wedding?

I've had several friends suggest that the photo booth thing is getting old and we should of new, creative wedding ideas. While I love to watch the booth evolve, I can't say that I agree with it being obsolete. I just don't think it's gotten old, as much as it's become popularized and "trendy" it seems that no matter what event you put it at, there's always a boat load of peeps coming to take photos.
