Halloween Backdrop

I couldn't help but post this cute little halloween backdrop I found on Pinterest. What a great way to tie an event together.

Having this guy hanging behind you and shoot your photos in black and white to give it an fun and eerie feel couldn't be better. Photo booths just top off any event. Happy Halloween!

Halloween Props!

The best opportunity for a photo booth would be when there are costumes involved. So naturally the idea of a booth at your Halloween party is awesome! To be able to capture everyone's fun, creative, silly and scary costumes is just too good to be true.

No costume? Don't even worry about it. These awesome little stick props I stumbled upon on Pinterest couldn't be funnier.  I'm pretty sure the Frankenstein is my favorite. I'm going to keep an eye out for more fun Halloween photo booth ideas.

Getting creative with backdrops

I always love the idea of making something your own and having it fit into the design and theme of your event. Here is yet another great idea of how to do that. A snazzy little back drop like this one I found rummaging through Pinterest is definitely a keeper.

Always be sure to ask your photo booth rental if having custom back drops or props are an option. Having a picture with the bride and groom like this as well as all of the bridal party is just too cute to pass up.

Photo booth strips as favors

Aren't these little things just to die for. Not only would you have a fun-filled evening with the photo booth but you send people off with a little photo strip frame. These are just a really neat way to keep the consistency of your event's theme and I feel like it definitely encourages the use of the photo booth. Not to mention, if you're a creative type you could always make them yourself and save on money. How delightful.

Themed booths!

Look at this booth! Not only could you have your props and strips customized to suit your event but to also have the actual booth decorated is just to die for. I love this Tiffany's Co. photo booth.

Everything about it is just lovely. From the frame work to the plush little bench to the background and especially the color! Photo booths have come such a long way from the cheesy monstrosities on the boardwalk.

Celebrities in your booth

I love this idea! This could be something for everyone to enjoy. If they love the celebrity than its cool to "have a picture with them." If they can't stand them, than they can just poke fun.

Either way, people would definitely enjoy these at your event. If you are renting or just building your own photo booth, perfection is in the details.

Photo strip art

I like this idea I found on Pinterest. Not only should you use your photo strips for keepsakes of an event, you should get creative and make little pieces of art!

She just looks so cute here. If you wanted you could always have different props, like this giraffe neck, on the prop table. Attention to detail is what makes a good event the best event. That and having a photo booth.

DIY Drops for your booth

Coolest photo booth drop ever! With Shark Week just finishing up what a cool little drop for a party. I love the idea of incorporating drops with the design of the event you're hosting. With having a drop like this one you wouldn't necessarily need to have any props. Although a snorkel or some goggles would be pretty fun. Get creative and the guests, the booth and the pictures will do the rest!

Comic Con had a photo booth?!

Of course they had a photo booth! Comic Con has gone from catering just comic book geeks and super hero fans to that plus anything pop culture. So naturally they would throw in a booth. Celebrities and patrons alike I'm sure enjoyed it.

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in that booth. Can you even imagine the nonsense and fun that happened? And then captured on a photo strip.

My, my, how photo booths have grown!

Growing up the first photo booth I remember seeing was on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. All different types of couples and groups of people going in and out having a good time. Thats all they're about! Good times! I love this throw back styled booth.

Not only would you be able to capture new memories, but it would bring you back to memories of other photo booth experiences. Who knew a few decades later they would be a hot commodity to have at your next event!

Incorporate your photo booth pictures into your design

Yes please! I think the concept of incorporating your booth into your events theme is great. Not only will it look good it will attract people to the booth. At the end of the night that is exactly what you want.  Although some booths might be a little pricey or maybe even down right out of budget, you will get your money's worth in fun and memories. So do your research and find a booth that is right for you. They might even be able to even figure out cute ideas like I found below.

Stylized booths

I am obsessing over this booth. Are you kidding me? Doesn't it just make you want to grab a prop and jump right in! Makes you feel like a kid again, playing dress up and carrying on. From just this picture I can imagine what the rest of this event must have looked like. That kind of attention to detail is exactly what makes an event from pleasant to stunning.

Instagram Inspired Photo Booth

Alexander Morris designed an interesting photo booth in Ireland with a few simple materials. It goes to show that with a bit of brainstorming you can create something awesome. This handmade booth is made from simple fiberboard and was designed to look exactly like one of the most iconic apps today.

This piece even has a built in shutter system to control the photo booth remotely. This is an idea that a nineteen year old from Ireland ran with to create something unique. Check out this link to discover unique photo booth ideas!

Photo Booth Photo Strip Holders

As you can tell, we heart photo booths, in fact, we love them so much, we've filed to legally change our name to reflect our love for them. Ok, so maybe that last part isn't true, but we really do love photobooths. One thing we love so much about them is that they're so fun and offer a lot of creative possibilities for couples getting married, those throwing parties, corporate entities and so many more. That being said, there are a lot of creative ways to display your photo booth photo strip once you get home. This post is about one of our recent favorite finds.

Check out this cool photobooth strip holder we found:

Photo Booth at the SAG Awards

Ok, so maybe it wasn't really a photo booth, but they're calling it that, so we're covering it. Basically, backstage at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, a photo portrait station was set up to take photos of the winners with their awards. Ben Affleck and many others posed wearing smiles.

Above is the crew from Downton Abbey. Check out the rest of the story and photos.

Photo Booth A Day #1 - Photobomb

Let's face it, photo bombing is usually only fun for one person: the person doing the bombing. You can usually tell this by the huge grin on the bombers face while everyone else is pushing him or her out of frame.

But I'm sure these Brits were more than excited to be photobombed. Before the most recent Olympics, Adidas put up a photo booth to give a chance for the fans to snap a picture of their excitement for their team. Little did they know that David Beckham was waiting to jump in and join them. Some of the victims laugh with joy while the other cry in amazement. It will be a photo booth session they will never forget.

I know for now on when I get in a photo booth there will be a little shred of hope in the back of my mind that Kate Upton will come in and photo bomb me. Those pictures might not be suitable for this blog's viewers though.

Celebs Explain Love in a Photo Booth

There are a lot of awesome uses and applications for a photo booth, and with Valentine's Day right around the corner, the TODAY Show took advantage of this attribute. They invited celebrities to stop by their open photo booth and snap a picture and explain what love is to them.

Jillian Michaels, Kate Upton, and Kathie Lee Gifford were there, just to name a few. Check out the rest of the photos here.
